Reports to: Regional Director
Salary Range: 105K-115K + Quarterly Bonus + Profit Sharing Program
My client, Trinity Rehab is looking for a Clinical Director to supervise and mentor Staff PTs as well as continue to treat their post surgery sports injury and geriatric patients.

Here's Our Successful Trinity Director Profile:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Heavily invested in patients' outcomes and evidence based practice
Motivated by a strong desire to succeed
Ability to adapt and thrive in our ever-changing health care environment
At least 2-3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience and 1 year of Supervisory (or Lead PT) experience
Desire to be part of a strong team that emphasizes patient experience, clinical growth, and professional development
